The loch ness monster is so fake?

ITS A hoax, alright. The person who took the picture woudlve reported it moving around etc, but HE (she?) didn't, its just a b and w pic in loch ness (I feel bad for scotland actually for this hoax...) of something that SOMEONE put there to attract tourism and get some CHA-CHING!!! boom bada bang baby! its fake.
