Can you dye your hair when it's greasy?

It's better to dye your hair when it's greasy, it sticks better to your hair:-) and also when u rinse out the colour don't use shampoo just rinse until the water runs clear an use the conditioner that comes with the dye:-) ur colour lasts longer that way
