LGBT: I'm a girl, how do I get the old Justin Bieber hair style?

I always wanted his hair old hair style, even before I knew he had it. I've always liked that skaterish style. So how do I make it happen? I'm 14 years old, and a girl with pretty long hair, but I'm gonna cut it off so it can be like his old hair. But I'm having trouble with the right side of my hair, staying on the left like it's supposed to. It is because I have long hair now and it's just not used to being swept over like that? How do I fix it so when I get it cut I can keep it in place? Also my hair is frizzy, so will that stop to once it's shorter? And I don't want it blonde, I want it black with maybe red or blonde highlights. But I can't decide which highligh color would look better... So if you could help me, I want to know how I can make my hair stay where it's supposed to be, and will the frizzy-ness stop once it's shorter, and what highlight color would look better with the black?
