Should I play trombone or trumpet?

Okay, so I've played alto saxophone for 5 years and Piano for 7 years, so I can read notes and everything. I'm learning a brass instrument for 6 months just for a bit of fun and I'm not sure what to pick, trombone or trumpet? Any others? Is it just a matter of personal opinion as to what would be better to play?
