What do you think about legendary/mystical creatures?

I love that kind of stuff! I'm writing a story and it's going to have tons of that sort of thing in it. It'll have humans, elves, imps, banshees, dragons, mermaids, sirens, Faeries, nymphs, elementals, kelpies, krakens, griffins, harpies, the Phoenix, manticores, basilisks, selkies, shape-shifters, and a couple of my imagination! Including creeping vines, which have been in many movies before, I just added some more deadly features, imprisoned souls, or human souls trapped in animal bodies, a creature that's a cross-breed between humans and elves, and these little demon creatures I call fallons. I've been doing a bit of research lately to find new creatures I haven't hear of and to find out more about the ones I do know of! =D
