Whats wrong with me? sick but dont know why/what it is?

ive been sick with a stuffy nose cough sore throat headache my neck hurts and i cant blow my nose because of my neck hurting and when i do blow my nose because i cant take it anymore my ears hurt from it. i dont think why i am sick or how i got sick because its nice out so its not like im catching a cold from cold-ness? it hurts a little bit when i touch my glands and some people think i may have gotten sick because i am stressed over exams? does that happen? :s
