Which decade/era/generation was the best?

i say the 60's or the 20's. I know generally, the 60's is linked with the Civil Rights Movement, Racism, KKK etc, but it was also a really great time for the country. People had hopes, beliefs, drive, dreams! Same with the 20's. Gotta love those flappers. ;) I like the 40's too though. lol. I'm a history buff. I love all the decades. But ultimate favs are def the 20's, 40's and 60's.
