How can i lose my pot belly?

hey, i'm 15 years old and weigh 115 pounds. about 5'2-5'3. i know 115 might sound like a lot for a little guy like me but i have a very chiseled six pack under my pot belly that shows through it a little, and a very strong upper body. i would be very proud to take off my shirt and swim in the summer if i didnt have such a big gut. i tryed just about everything to get slimmer down there but i just cant seem to do it. how can i lose this pot belly? i exercise by lifting almost everyday and skateboard/ do parkour in my spare time.

it works great if you have loose curls. however, if your curls are really tight, this is probably not the best for you. it does reduce frizziness, but if you ask me, 300$-400$ is not worth it if it washes out of your hair in a couple months. i have the yuko system, which cost me 370$, and it permanently straightens your hair untill new hair starts growing in. the only bad part is, i have to keep getting it touched up or else my hair looks weird with curly roots.

I was out and about waiting for a friend, and a guy walked by me. He was my type, cute, and we made eye contact. I'm 15, by the way(been told I looked a lotttt older..). So my friends got there and the guy was sitting playing guitar and singing and kept looking at me. We walked away to go eat, and an hour or two later came back. He was still playing when we walked by. A couple seconds later he showed up next to me. We talked a little then I asked how old he was, and he said 20. I looked disappointed and he asked my age then said "there's nothing illegal about being friends". So he hung out with us a little and it was kinda weird, but he was very nice. Tom S has the answer. If the manhole is stuck to the rim with debris, it can be loosened by beating on it with a hammer. The hammer blows will loosen the debris and make it vibrate up a bit to ease pulling the lid. This is the only way to do it if the rascals at public works have sprayed road oil into the crack around the rim. Use a hook. Crowbars are dangerous.

I personally wouldn't ask her for help/advice. I can't cater to everyone else, I have kids and am busy. I personally was kinda in the same boat. EVERYONE wanted to give me advice. What should my first legal drink be?

I am 21 today! I have had alcohol before (I studied abroad in Europe, plus, well, I am a college student), but I want something special for tonight. Will I be able to feel my finger again?

Recently, I had an accident with the chisel, and I cut straight through my tendon and some nerves. It was on the middle part of my left index finger, and since I tore straight through my tendon, my finger is unable to bend. However, that can heal. Everytime I touch it, it feels a bit tingly, but I can't feel anything else. Will this heal over time?

My friend is a horrible singer but thinks she's good at it?

A "friend" of mine, who is completely immature and I can only deal with her in a happy, generous mood, thinks she is the sh*t at singing. However; she is the WORST singer I've ever heard, even with singing lessons. No-one EVER tells her how bad she is, but it's all they'll talk about. The thing is, my family does NOT get on well with her family, and she is so sensitive that if someone insults her favorite grass blade she'll burst into tears and scream about how horrible you are. She does not associate really with anyone over the age of 5, and no-one knows how to deal with her. But you have to feel kinda bad for her pathetic-ness I suppose, and I really want to spare her the pain of still trying out for our local "Idol" competition and singing in the streets (That hurts EVERYONE) and constantly being rejected from competitions (Yes. Even after all of that, she still thinks she's wonderful). Is there ANY way that I can get her to know how BAD of a singer she is?! I don't know HOW her parents let her try out for things.... It's gotten so bad I'm on the verge of paying someone to come up to her and tell her how bad she is. That may sound harsh, but she's living in a deluded fantasy land and she needs to GROW UP because when she hits the real world, she's going to be in for a shock. I'm hoping that knowing she SUCKS at it, will motivate her to try other things, and maybe develop a bit of a personality and maybe make a friend who ISN'T four? Cold sore after orthodontist?

I've had braces for a little over a year now. We go to a college and have students work on our teeth (my brother and I) because my parents didn't want to pay to send us to a real office. How do I cut/sculpt lava rock for my tank?

Hello, I have a 5 gallon tank for my Betta. Inside is a lava rock with some plants on it. It fits in just fine but the tank is round so it looks a bit blown up and out of proportion, All I can see is this giant mountain of Rock in my container and its really starting to bug me. I need to take it out anyway to attach some java moss on, so I started to wonder, all those sculpted rocks in the store have tunnels or holes going through them, could I do it too? I think it would be a really great way to keep the plants and my rock in the tank, and satisfy me in my quest to make it look not so overwhelming. Does anyone know how to cut/knock out a hole through some areas? Can I use a drill, or should I attack it with a chisel and hammer?

You're not a hopeless case. If you work at it, and get the teacher, you will be able to learn. It may take longer than you want it to, and it may be frustrating at times, but you will learn. The teacher will be able to guide you in the right direction, challenging you but not overwhelming you. If the teacher is a jazz pianist, that will help a lot, but even if he or she is only classically trained they will be able to help you with the harmony and understanding the theory. Just don't give up and you'll get it one day.

I have a cube of wood. And I want it kind of like a box. With its sides but with a big hollowed out inside and nothing on one side. Kind of like a bowl in a cube form. Unfortunately, you can't force yourself to be creative. Sometimes, the ideas just keep coming and other times, nothing. When I don't have any ideas at all, I go back and read some of my favorite books and go over my past ideas. If that still doesn't work, just stop writing and thinking about writing for a while. Go out, chill with your friends, play some sports, or do anything you like, as long as it doesn't relate to writing.

Tree stump planter, please help?

Last summer we had a large maple cut down because it was diseased and decided to leave the stump, dig a basin in it, and use it as a planter. We started trying to saw, chisel, drill and ax the wood to create the basin but without much success because the wood is super hard. My husband does not want to use chemicals to soften the wood out of fear it will erode the stump. Does anyone have any solutions or ideas, even chemical if results are localized to the area we want to cut out? It has become a mission to do this in a timely manner. Thank you :-)

What would cause dizziness and shaking?

I am 20 years old, I have been in basically good health besides getting my tonsils removed when i was eight years old. I am extremely small, I am 5'3'' and weigh usually from around 89lbs-94lbs. The heaviest I've been is 100lbs even. I eat normally, 3 meals a day. I get check ups, and they always tell me I'm healthy. For a while now, I don't know how long exactly I have been getting random episodes o light headed-ness and dizziness. It's pretty random, sometimes I will be walking into my bathroom and get dizzy. When that happens my vision gets bright then goes black, and I try to sit down. Sometimes it goes away, sometimes I end up shaking rapidly and jerking around until it passes. If I don't sit down immediately sometimes I pass out and other times my knees give out and I shake and jerk around on the floor. I have no idea what it could be. It's been happening for a really long time. Since I was 14 maybe. I'm concerned now maybe because I am older and see the seriousness of it, or maybe because it has been happening much more often. When I was younger it would happen rarely and I always thought it was dehydration, or i hadn't eat or something of the sorts.

Why am i so depressed all the time?

I am 15 years old and i am always so depressed all the time, i don't find interest in what i used to find interesting, i get annoyed easily, and i always feel horrible. Last year at this same time i was always happy and i was such a bright person and i loved life. When should I get my surgery, by the latest?

I just bought a nice 1947 farmall h not converted to 3 point hitch. I think everything is pretty much original except the paint. I don't know how plows work really and what plow I should use. I have been watching the special feature Ancient Aliens in the History Channel and I've had some questions that might be bordering on wild speculation, but I don't really know through which venue I should voice them out so I decided to try Yahoo Answers. Anyway, I've always been amazed with the ancient super structures that have lasted through thousands of years located around the globe, I've always thought that the Earth had gone through a lot of tectonic transformations through the ages that involved earthquakes, tsunamis, and global-wide flooding (ala-2012 movie). With Mesopotamian civilization finding root in 3100 BC (according to Wikipedia) and paleontological evidence pointing to prehistoric life that included the observation of primate development, among other organisms evolving through the ages, could there have been civilizations that were peaking/or at their climax in terms of advancement in the sciences/technology between the prehistoric era and the earliest recorded history as represented by Mesopotamia? If indeed land masses/continents are susceptible to inundations given overwhelmingly powerful tremors (tsunamis) then certainly advanced civilizations prior to Mesopotamia would have been wiped out around the globe. The only evidences left would be the chiseled stones of superstructures, which of course would eventually be weathered anyway during millions or at least thousands of years. If paper was even developed to try and record modern history then, we all know paper doesn't last long, especially when wet and worn out through the ages and explorers of the ancient worlds tampering with them wouldn't have helped preserve the relics anyway. Also, if this "fictional" civilizations I had in mind were able to harness electricity and even develop their own information structure similar to the Internet, then obviously traces of the structures and facilities that were built then would be hard to find if indeed the Earth was flooded to oblivion. Need opinions, im a 19 year old virgin?

Ok, so basically, Ive gone my entire life without ever kissing a girl. To be honest I don't desire sex that much, however it can be an important component in a relationship, and I feel that romance is a second language to me. There is nothing that is unusual about me, I ski about 70 days a year, I mountain bike, hike, ride dirt bikes, and Im a lifeguard. I also work out 6 days a week lifting weights, swimming, and running so Im in excellent shape. I've been told it my six pac looks good. So, I don't think my physical aspects could be the cause. I'm guessing you are just now starting to work with chisels and I will advise you not to get a chisel that is a cheap one because it won't hold an edge. Get one or even a set made by Stanley Tool. They are not overly expensive but not trash either. Go to a place like the Home Depot or Lowe's or even a smaller Hardware store to buy them. I could tell you where to buy professional ones but those run into hundreds of dollars. Literally. You also should buy a good sharpening stone to keep your cutting edge as they dull fast. Also an inexpensive sharpening guide will help you if your not sure of the angle to sharpen them at. You just roll them on the stone with your chisel screwed into it. Very easy. If you are buying this as a gift please pass the real cheap ones up as they truly are trash and a waste of your money. And don't get them at a hobby store because you will pay twice the money than you should be paying for them. They have a huge mark up on them there. Have fun and please be careful not to cut your finger off. There is one good thing, they are so sharp you don't even feel it. Kind of not!

Siezed Wheel bearing on 1971 mustang?

The wheel bearing went out while i was in town and i had to drive it about 1-2 miles so i could park it in a safe spot so i could find a trailer and bring it home. Once i got it home i pulled the wheel and drum off and the wheel bearing was seized to the spindle so i took my grinder and grind each side of the wheel bearing and took a chisel and pop it off, so it wasn't welded to it but when i was looking at the spindle i could see that it grind some on the spindle and if i remember it wasn't smooth either, the drum isn't usable any more but is the spindle still good?

The playing football won't counteract the weight session but it isn't a pure cardio workout, the catching and kicking and all the rest that leaves you sore the next day despite you seeming to be in phenomenal shape means that after your HELLA weight session you did not have a rest day which means your muscle growth is slowed. Not reversed, which seems to be your concern but slowed. Muscles need to rest at least 48 hours for optimal growth.

If you know how to play any instrument,do you already know how to play a piano?

Well seeing as you already are familiar with notes on a staff(flute, oboe, and i guess voice if you take lessons) you would at least be able to read the notes but you need to know which notes are associated with which keys. I play the clarinet, but that doesn't mean that if I tried to play my brother's sax I would get the same notes. If I tried to play a low B as if on clarinet, on sax it would come out as an F#. I also play piano myself and know that even my multi-instrumental family(at least the ones that cannot play piano) need to be taught piano from time to time because they don't know which keys are which notes. So all in all my answer is No, you do not know how to play the piano based on prior experience with other instruments.

I started the violin in 5th grade. I am now going into 8th grade. In 7th grade i was the concertmistress in my 7/8 grade orchestra. The pieces that i have recently played are Hayden's Concerto no. 2 in G, Bachs Violin double, La Folia by Corelli, Allegro by Fiocco, and lastly mazas Etude no. 10. I was in Michigans 2011 All state orchestra. I am attending blue lake this year for two sessions. 3rd session i am going for violin. Im hoping to get i to symphony orchestra considering i was in Concert last year. 4th session I am going for composition. I got 1st place in michigans junior composition contest for middle school. I try to practice 1-2 hours a day. sometimes on weekends i get to 2.5. Am i on the right track? I know that i started pretty late to want to be a proffesional violinist. I also play piano. I have been playing piano for 4 years and just finished bachs invention no. 8. I practice piano for 1 hour a day. I practice volantarily in case you thought i was being forced. I love music. So, question time. Should i step up my practice time? What are some fun pieces at my difficulty level for violin? Am I on the right track to become a professional musician? There obviously should be some emphasis put on IQ, and Clutchness is a great quality for a star to have, and every good team has someone that is clutch. you can't realy measure IQ accuratly, but you can measure clutchness by how many big shots the person has made. Killer instinct is a good thing to have in the NBA. Everyone in the NBA has drive/passion, because you have to have it to have gotten to where they are. Only the best have the most drive/passion in them though. Legacy is sort of an opinion because Dirk has a great legacy now with just 1 title, but LeBron will need like 3 to have a great legacy. Personality is another matter of opinion. you alwasy hear stories of how much of a jerk so-and-so big star is, but you never realy know until you meet them. Personality will make you more likable if you have a good one, but it isn't measurable and isn't too important in being a great player.

whoa, 24 inches is your ideal waist size? i don't know what formula you used to find that out, but a 24 inch waist is very small for someone who is 5'7, i''m short 5'2 and i used this formula to find out what my ideal waist size is, and my ideal waist size is 26 inches. my mom is 5'7 and hers is 28 inches. you take your height in centimeters and then divide it by .37 then convert it back to inches and that is your ideal waist size. but, if you still want a super tiny waist, running, swimming, aerobics, stuff that gets you moving without building muscle should help the most.

How do I remove the factory rivets from the lower ball joint on my 1995 4x4 yukon?

I am trying to replace my ball joints on my 1995 yukon 4x4.I had enough access to drill and hammer the upper ones out but I didn't know if there is a trick to get the lower ones out. I am on jack stands and it is hard to maneuver any power tools. I ground the head off the bottoms of the rivets. I drilled 3/8 holes in each rivet 5/8 inch deep but they aren't budging even with a electric chisel under the head. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There's this guy at work... He's gorgeous, and his personality makes him 10x cuter. He's tall, dark hair, and just aahhhh. Anyways, Idk if he's dating anyone, but he flirts with me like there's no tomorrow. He like grabs my hand, throws me around (playfully) and idk, he's just super flirty. I have been watching the special feature Ancient Aliens in the History Channel and I've had some questions that might be bordering on wild speculation, but I don't really know through which venue I should voice them out so I decided to try Yahoo Answers. Anyway, I've always been amazed with the ancient super structures that have lasted through thousands of years located around the globe, I've always thought that the Earth had gone through a lot of tectonic transformations through the ages that involved earthquakes, tsunamis, and global-wide flooding (ala-2012 movie). With Mesopotamian civilization finding root in 3100 BC (according to Wikipedia) and paleontological evidence pointing to prehistoric life that included the observation of primate development, among other organisms evolving through the ages, could there have been civilizations that were peaking/or at their climax in terms of advancement in the sciences/technology between the prehistoric era and the earliest recorded history as represented by Mesopotamia? If indeed land masses/continents are susceptible to inundations given overwhelmingly powerful tremors (tsunamis) then certainly advanced civilizations prior to Mesopotamia would have been wiped out around the globe. The only evidences left would be the chiseled stones of superstructures, which of course would eventually be weathered anyway during millions or at least thousands of years. If paper was even developed to try and record modern history then, we all know paper doesn't last long, especially when wet and worn out through the ages and explorers of the ancient worlds tampering with them wouldn't have helped preserve the relics anyway. Also, if this "fictional" civilizations I had in mind were able to harness electricity and even develop their own information structure similar to the Internet, then obviously traces of the structures and facilities that were built then would be hard to find if indeed the Earth was flooded to oblivion. I actually thought of these because of the Atlantean myths that have always been a topic for the curious and speculative. Anyway, before the question gets out of hand and sound crazier (I know it already borders on ridiculous) I guess the most realistic question that might serve as the first step for this wondering of mine is, "Are there pedological data that says otherwise?" and "Based on soil layers, can it be verifiable if the planet Earth had experienced massive flooding/inundations during a certain period of its 4.54 billion year history (according to Wiki)?" Yes. But, ugly and attractive is all a matter of opinion. You mention that someone might have a hot body but an ugly face, well that's your opinion. Some guys might think she has a beautiful face. One thing I've noticed is that guys and girls have a big difference of opinion when it comes to what is attractive in a woman. If there was a list of the top 50 hottest women according to girls, and a list of the top 50 hottest women according to men. Those lists would be totally different. This may come to as an answer that you do not want to hear, but it is the truth: self control... I know what you mean; you have a fun personality, probably kind of a tom-boy, right? This is what makes it easy for guys to hang around with you, the fact that you are like them with your perverse sense of humor... this is how men are naturally. Well that's where the "problem" is. If one guy is to make these kinds of jokes to another guy the possibility of sincerity behind the joke is completely disregarded; but when an attractive tom-boy girl makes these jokes the same way a man would, instinct kicks in and men want to believe that the jokes are in fact hints! Making big changes is part of life and growing up. How you deal with it shows how mature you are. The best way to combat homesickness (even though this seems irrational here because you want to go) is to keep your mind occupied with other things so you don't have time to think about it. Keep yourself busy, entertained, spend time with friends... work... anything to get your mind off of these thoughts. Eventually, after you settle from your move the feeling will go away (mostly). Throbbing in the back of my head?

I tried doing the the rubbing exercise on my neck. it only eases the pain temporally and has a 3/10 success rate of actually working to ease the pain. The throbbing is directly in the the back of my head slightly aligned to the right of the spinal cord, and placed along the bone right by the visual cortex. I do not know what to do to get rid of this pain, pain killers do not always work, and even if they do I do not wish to rely on them daily. The pain is throbbing to my heartbeat, it feels as if every time my heart beats, someone brings a chisel down on my brain. It is affecting my job performance, and my school performance. What exactly does next choice do?

Ok, so I've taken next choice twice and plan-b once because of my psychopath-ness lol :) and the first time I took it, I got my period at the right time (I dont remember when I took it but I got it on the 18th of Feb and it lasted 3 days like my periods always do) March I got my period the 22nd and it lasted to the 25th. When I took Plan-b I got my period 3 days late and I took it around when I was supose to be ovulating and got it June 4th and ended the 8th. I took Next choice at 12pm today and I'm going to take the next one in a little but am I around the time I should be ovulating? Im not really sure now that I was late. I had sex the other night but he never came in me. And I know there's studies that show when you take the pill before ovulating/during/after, it would come on time/early/late. So if ya'll could just give me your opinion that'd be great :) and what does the pill exactly do? I know it does like 3 things but I lost the box and I couldn't find it online. kthx<3
